How Referrals and Payments Work

Last updated: October 2026

This page explains the role of Personaldocente Concrete and how the business may receive payment. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Connecting You With a Provider

Personaldocente Concrete is a referral and marketing service for homeowners seeking independent concrete providers. We do not pour driveways, build patios, stamp or seal concrete, or carry out other construction work.

Calls through this website and submitted forms may go to an independent provider or a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

What May Earn a Referral Payment

Providers or marketing partners may pay Personaldocente Concrete for calls, form submissions or other referrals. Payment amounts may depend on factors such as the length of a call or whether someone answers. We may receive payment even when you decide against hiring the provider.

This compensation does not alter the price the provider quotes. The provider sets the price for agreed work, and you pay that provider directly.

Responsibilities Stay With the Provider

Providers operate their own businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Personaldocente Concrete. Each provider has sole responsibility for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality of its work and how quickly it completes it
• Its licenses and insurance
• Its communication and conduct toward you

A referral does not endorse a provider's work, and we make no promises about that work. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which businesses participate in the network at the time.

Deciding Whether to Hire

You have no obligation to hire a provider through our service. We encourage you to ask questions, check credentials and request a written estimate. Compare other quotes before deciding whether to proceed.

Tracking and Recording Calls

Calls placed through the site may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
