How to Submit a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Fair treatment matters when you contact Personaldocente Concrete. Please let us know if your experience falls short. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Concerns You Can Report

You can tell us about:

  • Your experience with our phone or messaging service
  • How your personal details were handled
  • Website information that seems wrong or unclear
  • The behavior of a provider reached through our service

Issues With a Provider's Work

Providers in our network are separate businesses. Each is responsible for its estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. Raise concerns about work at your property directly with the provider first. Keep a written record of the issue and your communications.

Please also share the concern with us. Your feedback helps us hold the network accountable. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Personaldocente Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return payments made to a provider or represent a provider.

Details to Include

Send your complaint to contact@personaldocente.lat. Please include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which number you used or which form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A brief account of the problem and the action you would like from us

Our Review Process

You will receive an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Asking for Further Review

If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
